Introducing a new videodermatoscope

We are pleased to inform that we have purchased a brand new FotoFinder videodermatoscope. It is a cutting edge device, the only one available in the Lower Silesia region.
Thanks to its esquisite medicam 800 HD camera, enhanced software and additional header with polarized light, our patients’ lesions can be now tested even more profoundly and the diagnoses we put become more reliable than ever before.

An average thickness of detected melanoma in Poland is nowadays ca. 2.3 mm.
In our clinic the average thickness is at the level of 0.7 mm. Taking into consideration the Breslow’s depth’s melanoma thickness is one of the most important cancer-related factors, an early melanoma detection is vital for favorable treatment’s results.
