Videodermatoscopy

Videodermatoscopy is based on the same rule that dermatoscopy follows. 
Its main differentiator is the possibility of reproducing dermatoscopic picture on a computer screen. It is a bit more precise than the standard dermatoscopy. 
The main advantage of the new videodermatoscopic systems is the possibility of digital recording and re-assessment of the examined lesions during the follow-up examinations.

A thorough digital testing performed on a skin affected heavily by lesions makes the examination highly reliable from a diagnostic point of view. It is currently the best skin cancer preventive method.
